Warranty
We care about our rugs and do everything we can to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to make a claim under the warranty.
All items you purchase from us come with a 6-month warranty, which starts on the day you receive your order.
If you make a claim under the warranty, please return the product to us so that we can assess whether we can repair the product, replace the product or reimburse the costs. If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
Complaints
Of course we do everything we can to prevent complaints at all times.
It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@lavinta.nl. You will receive a response from us within 48 hours. Sometimes a substantive response can take more time. We strive to resolve complaints to your complete satisfaction within one week.
If your complaint does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
