Shipping policy
Delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 o'clock are done, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to do this. Shipping within the Netherlands is completely free.
Delivery is usually via DPD or PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 10 per package. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us via info@lavinta.nl. Wij We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, then we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
