Shipping policy

Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 12:00 on working days the same day. We are not always able to manage this. Shipping within the Netherlands is completely free.

Delivery is handled in most cases by DPD or PostNL. In general, delivery takes place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns and refunds

It can happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps the product is not to your liking, or perhaps there is another reason why you no longer want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancelling you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the online shop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately EUR 10 per parcel. Please consult your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@lavinta.nl We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of your return being registered, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this loss in value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.
