We usually add new, beautiful rugs to our collection on a weekly basis. By default, our product overview shows the newest rugs at the top. A rug that has recently been added to our collection is labeled "new" for a week. This way, you can see immediately what has recently been added.

A rug does not need much maintenance if you use it normally. We recommend that you vacuum the rug regularly with a normal vacuum cleaner. If desired, you can use textile freshener. Beating it out and airing it once every six months will certainly do the rug good. If you have a stain on your carpet, it is best to look on the internet what you can do best. Every stain needs a different treatment.

First, dab the stain with water and possibly a little cleaning vinegar or soap. Do not use too much. After dabbing, let it dry properly. Then you can reassess the stain and search the internet for what to do with a certain stain. Coffee stains require a different treatment than, for example, wine stains.

We send most of our rugs folded as a package. We do this to high to avoid shipping costs that we would then have to pass on to our customers.

When the rug has just been removed from the packaging so there may be folds in it. Rest assured, these folds will disappear quickly after you have laid the rug down. If necessary, you can rub it flat by hand. Most creases disappear almost immediately, and within a few days all the folds will be gone.

Almost all of our rugs are unique pieces of which there is only one. It is therefore not possible to order a certain rug in a different size. However, we can see if we can get a similar rug in your desired size. In that case, please contact us.

As soon as we receive your order, the rug will be shipped automatically reserved for you on our website. No one else can order it anymore. We will prepare, pack and send your shipment.

You will receive a Track and Trace code from us with which you can track your shipment. As a rule, we send your dress within 1 to 2 working days. In many cases, it will be delivered the next working day, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Consult your tracking code for this.

We send the rug insured and registered. This means that only you or your housemate can receive the rug and must sign for it. The post cannot deliver it to your neighbors, unless you indicate this yourself by means of a note on the door.

Are you not at home? Then the driver will come by again the next day. If you are not at home then, the driver will deliver the package to the nearest collection point. You will then receive a note in the mailbox with the address. With an ID you can pick it up there. We package the rugs in such a way that in most cases they are handy packages are.

Share information about your products, policies or services.

Naturally, you have a guarantee on all rugs that you buy from us. Our guarantee is valid for six months and starts from the date that you receive the order.

Do you have damage to your rug? We will first determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will reimburse all costs of repair (including any shipping costs). If you refer to the warranty and it is judged that the damage was caused by incorrect use by the customer, the customer must pay the costs of any repair.

Our rugs are all handmade. Handmade rugs may have natural imperfections.
For example, a rug may not be perfectly straight or there may be small imperfections and wear that give the rug that unique look compared to a machine-made rug. Choosing a handmade rug is often a conscious choice; people are looking for something unique, something real, something with a history, and something that is not so perfect. You can see that and feel it!

No other item can give a room a completely different look or appearance as quickly as a beautiful rug.
A rug can therefore sometimes make an overwhelming impression in your room. Put the rug down calmly in the designated place, and leave it there for a while. There may still be a fold in the rug, or the room may look a bit busier. Don't panic! In most cases, you will quickly get used to the new rug. Any folds will also disappear quickly.

If you still have doubts after a few days, take the rug away for a while. In many cases, you will notice that your room looks very bare, and you will want the rug back quickly places. And if you are still of the opinion that the rug is not the right one, you can of course return it to us.
