Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty.

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. An additional guarantee also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.

Our extended warranty is valid for six months from the date you received your order.

You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair the product, replace the product or reimburse the costs. If it turns out that the damage was caused by incorrect use by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.

If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.

Complaints

Naturally, we do everything we can to prevent complaints at all times.

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@lavinta.nl. Binnand you will receive a response from us within 48 hours and  You can expect a substantive response from us within 2 weeks. We aim to resolve your complaint within a week.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odrIf your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
