We do our utmost to deliver your beautiful rug to you as soon as possible. All rugs on our website are in stock and immediately available. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 o'clock are done, we try to ship the same day. Moreover, shipping within the EU is completely free.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you want to return it. No problem of course! Whatever the reason, up to 14 days after receipt you can cancel the purchase without giving a reason.
You will then receive the full purchase price back. Only the costs for the Returns are at your own expense. These costs are in most cases not high, depending on size and weight. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website. We are always happy to help you with your return shipment.
Contact us via info@lavinta.nl before you return a product. We will then send you the instructions by email. After receipt, we will then refund the amount due within transfer within a few working days. Of course, we assume that you return the rug in the same state and condition as you received it from us.
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. An additional guarantee also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
Our extended warranty is valid for six months from the date you received your order.
You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair the product, replace the product or reimburse the costs. If it turns out that the damage was caused by incorrect use by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
