We usually add new, beautiful rugs to our collection weekly. Our product overview defaults to showing the newest rugs at the top. A rug that has been recently added to our collection will be labeled "new" for one week. This way, you can immediately see what has been recently added.
A rug does not require much maintenance if you use it normally. We recommend vacuuming the rug regularly with a normal vacuum cleaner. If desired, you can use fabric freshener. Tapping and airing once every six months will certainly do the rug good. If you have a stain in your rug, it is best to look on the internet for the best thing to do. Every stain needs a different treatment.
First of all, dab the stain with water and possibly a little cleaning vinegar or soap. Don't use too much. After dabbing you can let it dry for a while. You can then reassess the stain and search the internet for what to do with a particular stain. Coffee stains require a different treatment than wine stains, for example.
We ship most of our rugs folded as a package. We do this to avoid high shipping costs, which we would then have to pass on to our customers.
Therefore, when the rug is first unpacked, it may have creases. Rest assured, these creases will quickly disappear after you have laid out the rug. You can also smooth them out by hand. Most creases disappear almost immediately, and all creases will be gone within a few days.

Almost all our rugs are unique copies of which there is only one. It is therefore not possible to order a certain rug in a different size. However, we can see if we can get a similar rug in your desired size. In that case, please contact us.
As soon as your order arrives at us, the rug will automatically be reserved for you on our website. No one else can order it anymore. We will prepare, pack and send your shipment.
You will receive a Track and Trace code from us with which you can track your shipment. As a rule, we ship your rug within 1 to 2 working days. In many cases it will be delivered the next working day, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Consult your tracking code for this.
We ship the rug insured and by registered mail. This means that only you or your roommate can receive the rug and must sign for it. The post can therefore not deliver it to the neighbors, unless you indicate this yourself by means of a note on the door.
Are you not at home? Then the driver will come by again the next day. If you are not at home then the driver will deliver the package to the nearest collection point. You will then receive a note in the mailbox with the address on it. You can pick it up there with an ID. We pack the rugs in such a way that in most cases they are handy packages.
Share information about your products, policies or services.
It goes without saying that you have a guarantee on all rugs that you buy from us. Our warranty is valid for half a year and starts from the date you receive the order.
Do you have damage to your carpet? Then we will first determine the cause of the damage, if the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, then we will reimburse all costs of repair (including any shipping costs). If you refer to the warranty and the damage is judged to have been caused by customer misuse, the customer must pay the cost of any repair.
Our rugs are all handmade. Handmade rugs may have natural imperfections.
For example, a rug may not be perfectly straight or there may be small imperfections and wear and tear that give the rug that unique look compared to a machine-made rug. Choosing a handmade rug is often a conscious choice; people are looking for something unique, something real, something with a history, and something that is not so perfect. You see that and you feel that!

No other item can give a room a completely different look or feel as quickly as a beautiful rug.
A rug can therefore sometimes make an overwhelming impression in your room. Carefully place the rug in its intended spot and leave it there for a while. Perhaps there is still a crease in the rug, or the room looks a bit busier. Don't panic! In most cases, you will quickly get used to the new rug. Any creases will also disappear quickly.
If you still have doubts after a few days, remove the rug for a bit. In many cases, you will notice that your room looks very bare and that you quickly want to put the rug back. And if you still happen to believe that the rug is not the right one, you can, of course, return it to us.
