Revoking or cancelling your order
As a consumer, you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the statutory cooling-off period). You can do this in two ways.
1. Fastest way: via your account
Log in, go to your order, and click on "Request return or cancellation". You will automatically receive a confirmation by email. Order not yet shipped? Then you can cancel. Already received? Then you request a return/revocation.
2. Or fill in the form (no account needed)
Fill in your details below. We will receive your revocation and confirm receipt by email.
Prefer to email yourself? Send your revocation to info@lavinta.nl. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form for this (name, order number, order date, and date of the request).
Good to know
The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the product. If you have multiple products in one order that are delivered separately, the period applies from the last product received. After your revocation, you will receive the paid amount, including standard shipping costs, as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest.
