A terracotta ground with a row of deep blue medallions: this hand-knotted Usak runner from Turkey has the warm, slightly faded colour of old Anatolian wool. The salmon pink to rust-coloured field is not uniformly dark, and it is precisely this unevenness that gives the runner depth.
The medallions are star-shaped, with a core in off-white and sage, and they are tightly bordered in navy blue. Between the stars are smaller rosettes in blue and grey. The wide head border is entirely in the same deep blue, filled with a continuous hook motif in ivory, and a narrow red line runs along the selvedge.
The pile is low-shorn, so that the knot remains visible and the design stands out sharply. At 340 by 90 centimetres, this is a vintage runner that would look great in a hallway with a wooden or tiled floor, where the blue and terracotta enhance each other.

Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
