We take great care to deliver your beautiful rug to you as soon as possible. All rugs on our website are in stock and available for immediate delivery. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Moreover, shipping within the EU is completely free.
The costs for returning an item are at your own expense. These costs are generally not high, depending on the size and weight. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website. If you're having trouble, no problem, we are always willing to help you with your return.
Please contact us at info@lavinta.nl before returning a product. We will then send you the instructions by email. Upon receipt, we will transfer the due amount within a few working days. Of course, we assume that you will return the rug in the same state and condition as you received it from us.
All items purchased from us come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the date you received the order.
Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
