From a distance, this rug looks like a calm grey, but up close, the ground is off-white and sand beige, densely overgrown with a delicate tracery in grey-blue, warm brown, and ochre. It is a hand-knotted vintage rug from Turkey, and the design is so small and so tightly knotted that you discover something new in it every time.
In the center lies a wide medallion with a star-shaped heart, surrounded by leafy tendrils that fan out towards the corners. The corner pieces repeat this motif in mirror image, making the rug balanced from every side. The outer band is darker in tone, framing the whole like a drawing.
Because the grey and beige are so close to each other, this is a rug that adapts to what is already there rather than demanding attention. The pile is low-cut, and the knots remain visible. At 240 by 150 centimeters, it fits comfortably under a coffee table or at the foot of a bed.

All items purchased from us come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the date you received the order.
Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
