A large vintage rug in soft powder pink, with a faded floral pattern that extends across the entire surface. Due to the overdying, the old design has receded into the background: you mainly see colour, and only when you get closer do you notice the leafy vines and rosettes underneath.
The dark remnants of the original pattern give the pink depth; without those shadows, it would be too sweet. The wool is lighter in the high-traffic areas, and deeper in colour along the edges.
The rug was hand-knotted decades ago in Turkey, made of wool on a cotton warp, and then washed. The pile is low-cut, allowing it to lie flat under a sofa or dining table.
Measuring 310 by 180 centimetres, it generously fills a seating area: the front legs of the sofa and armchairs can all stand on it. In a bedroom, a bed fits on it with the headboard and all.

All items purchased from us come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the date you received the order.
Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
