A sand-coloured ground with a long row of diamond-shaped medallions in blue, grey, and olive: this hand-knotted Usak runner from Turkey is one of the more subdued kind. The ground is ivory white to light beige, and the design lies over it like a fine network without overwhelming the colour.
The medallions are each filled in differently, one with a blue star-shaped heart and another with a yellow-green core, and they touch each other with small hooks to form a continuous chain. The borders are kept narrow, with a fine floral band and small diamonds along the selvage.
The pile is low-cut, and the wool feels soft and slightly shiny after decades of use. At 385 by 90 centimetres, this is a vintage runner for a long hallway or landing, where the blue accents light up as soon as daylight falls on them.

Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
