Een klassiek Anatolisch medaillon vult het midden van dit vintage kleed: een donker nachtblauw hart met fijn bloemwerk, uitgespaard op een ivoorwitte grond die helemaal is volgetekend met kleine ranken en bladvormen. Daaromheen ligt een brede rand in diep terracottarood, met een doorlopende rij bloemen in goudgeel en wit. Van veraf oogt het kleed rustig, van dichtbij zit het vol tekening.
De pool is laag geschoren, zodat het fijne werk in het medaillon leesbaar blijft. Decennia geleden handgeknoopt in wol op een katoenen ketting in Turkije en daarna gewassen; het rood is daarbij zachter geworden dan het ooit geweest moet zijn.
Met 220 bij 150 centimeter ligt hij goed onder een salontafel of in een eethoek. Op een donkere houten vloer komt het ivoor het sterkst naar voren, op een lichte vloer juist het rood.

All items purchased from us come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the date you received the order.
Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
