Helder kersenrood, met een lichte roze zweem waar het licht op valt. Dit oude Turkse kleed is met de hand geknoopt en later rood overgeverfd; de kleur is diep gaan zitten en heeft de oorspronkelijke tekening bijna geheel opgenomen.
Wat er nog van doorschemert zijn korrelige structuren en donkere spikkels, verspreid over het hele oppervlak, met langs de randen een iets zwaardere schaduw. Op de meest belopen plekken is de pool dunner en verschijnt een lichtere baan, waardoor het kleed levendig oogt in plaats van egaal.
Met 290 bij 185 centimeter is dit een ruim kleed dat een zithoek in zijn geheel draagt, tot en met de voorpoten van de banken. Rood van deze intensiteit vraagt om rustige wanden en werkt tegen wit stucwerk en licht hout op zijn best. Dit exemplaar is uniek.

All items purchased from us come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the date you received the order.
Do you have a problem with the rug? Please contact us. You can send the product to us so that we can assess it and repair or have the product repaired, replace the product, or refund the costs. If it appears that the damage was caused by misuse by the customer, the costs for any repair will be borne by the customer.
If it turns out that the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, we will also reimburse any shipping costs afterwards.
